Niagara Falls Canadian Style
Niagara Falls, Canada
Niagara Falls, Canada We met our nephew Michael, his wife Michelle and our two great nephews Joshua and Matthew this afternoon to tour the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. We walked across the Rainbow Bridge and entered Canada. From the bridge is the first look of both falls, WOW. The line of tourists was a little long at Customs and of course only one person checking everyone’s passport, but it was well worth the wait. I know our pictures do not fully show the beauty of the falls. We took the tour going under a part of the falls. You go inside a building, down an elevator, and then through a tunnel to stand on a platform at ground level to the side of the Horseshoe Falls. Then we walked through another tunnel carved behind the falls to go directly behind Horseshoe Falls to look out through “portals or windows” of the sheet of falling water It was awesome seeing the falls so up close. . We did alot of walking and we were starved, so we had a real good dinner at the Hard Rock, relaxed, and we called it a day. We had a great time hanging out with Michael Michelle Josh and Matthew this was really the first time that we’ve ever hung out other than Disney. Enjoyed the family.
