We drove through hundreds of miles of corn and soybean field to get here from Minneapolis.
It was a very “green” ride over flat to gently rolling hills, a very pleasant drive. We are in Middle Amana, Iowa at an Amana Colony RV Park (in the middle of corn fields) for a week.
There is the Annual Dog Show – Cedar Rapids Kennel Association here this weekend ath the RV park. So thankfully we are not too close to all the barking “contestants”….
Even with this being Labor Day weekend, the official end of summer and vacations for “working people”, there are still plenty of spots left in this huge 60 ace, 460 RV space campground located in the middle of corn fields.
